Answers & Resources for Healing

Resources for Understanding Yourself and Your Relationships

A lot of the people I work with are already paying attention to their patterns and trying to understand what’s going on in their lives and relationships. This space is here to support that process, with articles, reflections, and resources that help make sense of things in a clearer, more grounded way.

Some of what you’ll find here are pieces I’ve written to break down how I think about this work, including topics like attachment, trauma, relationship patterns, and why certain things keep showing up even when you understand them. You’ll also find books, tools, and conversations that I’ve found helpful over time.
