Leah Hoffman is licensed to provide therapy in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina, Washington, and California. Therapy services are only available to clients located in states where licensure requirements are met.

Coaching Services

For individuals located outside of states where therapy services are available, coaching may be offered.

Coaching services are not therapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. Coaching is not regulated in the same way as licensed therapy services and does not include the same legal protections or confidentiality requirements.

Psychedelic Integration & Related Work

Leah Hoffman provides preparation and integration support for individuals exploring psychedelic-assisted work, as well as therapeutic support related to these experiences.

Leah Hoffman does not provide, prescribe, or supply any substances. Any decisions related to substance use are made independently by the client.

This work is intended to support emotional processing, integration, and personal understanding, and does not replace medical or psychiatric care.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services.

This estimate is available before services begin or upon request.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.

Payment, Insurance, and Superbills

This is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance.

Clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.

If requested, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Submission to insurance is the client’s responsibility, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
